Save from anywhere
Capture links, articles, PDFs, and research without breaking your flow.
Pocket Universe
Pocket Universe is a private reading inbox for links, articles, PDFs, and research. It is being built as an independent product for people who save too much and still want a clean path back to what matters.
Private beta focus: strong save flow, cleaner reader, stable import and export, extension support, and feedback-driven polish before public launch.
Sign in to start saving links and use the same account in the browser extension.
Capture links, articles, PDFs, and research without breaking your flow.
Keep unread items, tags, collections, and highlights in one calmer workspace.
Import, export, and organize your library without turning it into a social feed.

Inbox preview
The inbox should show what matters now, keep metadata quiet, and make the next reading decision feel obvious.
A saved article preview with lightweight metadata, tags, and reading estimates.
Examples of inbox, resurfacing, and clean reader views that keep people coming back.
Why metadata extraction should happen asynchronously and how it scales safely.
Get started
The setup should be short, predictable, and easy to repeat across devices.
Create an account or sign in first so your library, reader progress, and saved pages can sync in one place.
Save the current page in one click and send it straight into your Pocket Universe inbox.
Use collections, tags, reader mode, and highlights to keep the backlog readable instead of overwhelming.
Product direction
Every major feature should reduce friction around saving, returning, and reading.
The library, reader, and capture flows stay low-noise so saving first and reading later still feels manageable.
Pocket Universe is built for personal reading, notes, highlights, and collections rather than feeds, likes, or public profiles.
Links, imports, and extension saves all aim to land in one clean queue with enough metadata to organize fast.
Roadmap
We are tightening the core workflow first, then expanding platform reach and polish.
Phase 1
Lock down auth, import/export, settings, feedback flow, and the core save-to-reader loop for real daily use.
Phase 2
Continue tightening capture, filters, tags, highlights, collections, and the reading experience across the web app.
Phase 3
Stabilize browser extensions, prepare mobile share flows, and close cross-browser quality gaps before public access.
Phase 4
Open the product more broadly, add monetization carefully, and expand deeper reading features once the free core is solid.
Feedback
Small usability issues matter here because the product is meant to feel calm every day.
If something feels unclear, slow, broken, or just awkward, send it. Small friction points are exactly what this beta is for.
Screenshot uploads are optional, but they help a lot when the issue is layout or browser-specific behavior.
